Who to contact

CloutFoundry processes account information to operate this service. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests. For outreach contact data placed in a workspace, the workspace operator determines the recipients and purposes of the outreach; CloutFoundry processes that data to provide the tools requested by the operator.

Information we process

We process your sign-in email, profile and workspace membership; campaigns, target domains, prospect and contact details; draft and sent messages, inbound replies, classification and delivery records; saved links and keyword observations; and subscription identifiers and status. Technical records may include IP addresses, request information and service errors. Contact information may come from workspace members, public web pages or connected research providers.

Why we use it

We use account and workspace information to perform our agreement with you: signing you in, saving your work, providing requested research and AI assistance, delivering approved messages, handling replies and managing subscriptions. We process limited security and diagnostic information for our legitimate interests in protecting and maintaining the service, and records required to meet legal obligations. When processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it. Workspace operators are responsible for choosing a valid legal basis for their outreach.

Service providers and AI

Hosting, database, email, payment and research providers process information needed for their functions. The service uses Vercel and database hosting for application data, Resend for email, Anthropic for AI assistance, and Stripe for paid subscriptions. DataForSEO and, when enabled, Hunter support research. Forward Email may handle incoming email. Optional error monitoring uses Sentry with content scrubbing. Website delivery and security may involve Cloudflare. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in CloutFoundry.

Campaign context and relevant message or prospect content are sent to the AI provider when an AI feature is used. Avoid including sensitive information that is unnecessary for the task. AI classification supports your workflow; you can review and correct classifications. Provider processing can take place outside your country. Contact us for information about the safeguards and provider terms applicable to your workspace.

Cookies and access

Sign-in uses cookies needed to maintain and protect your session. Infrastructure providers can also process technical information for site delivery, security and measurement. Workspace information is available to authorized workspace members and service operators who need access to support or operate the service.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while your account remains open so you can access and export your work. Request deletion through support when it is no longer needed. Retention after a deletion request depends on applicable legal requirements, accounting obligations, security investigations and backup lifecycles. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent further unwanted outreach. We do not promise automatic deletion a fixed number of days after cancellation.

Your choices and rights

Workspace administrators can export campaigns, prospects, links and observed rankings from Billing. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Contact support to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity and authority before releasing or changing data. If you received outreach, you can ask the sender to stop or contact us with enough information to identify the message.

We will update this notice when our practices change and communicate material changes where required. The effective date above identifies the current notice.
