The service and your account
These terms apply to your use of CloutFoundry, a workspace for prospect research, outreach and monitoring. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
New workspaces receive a seven-day trial with Starter allowances. A card is not required and the trial does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. A subscription begins only when you complete checkout. The price, applicable taxes and recurring billing interval are shown before you pay. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Owners and administrators can manage subscriptions from Billing; cancellation stops renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact support about billing mistakes or refund requests. These terms do not limit any mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Allowances and availability
Prospect search credits count returned results. A separate import allowance counts prospects saved to campaigns. Draft credits count saved AI-generated variants. These allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Domain and keyword limits apply to your workspace. Sending requires an approved sender identity and is subject to mailbox limits. Features depend on available providers and may be temporarily unavailable. Partner Network access requires a separate application and approval.
Responsible outreach
You are responsible for the recipients you contact, the content you approve, the lawful basis for your outreach, and compliance with applicable privacy, advertising and email rules. Use accurate sender information and honor opt-outs. Do not impersonate others, send deceptive or unlawful content, attempt to bypass limits, access another workspace, or interfere with the service. You must have permission to use any content or personal data you upload.
Your content and AI output
You retain your rights in your content and authorize us to process it to provide the service. AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. Scores, publisher data and ranking observations are informational. We do not guarantee delivery, replies, placements, search rankings, revenue or any other business result. A ranking change does not establish that a particular link caused it.
Suspension, data and account closure
We may restrict tools for misuse, security incidents, payment failure or service maintenance. Saved data and CSV exports remain accessible after a trial or paid period ends while the account is retained. To request account closure or deletion, contact support. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, billing records, security, or to honor suppression requests, as described in the Privacy Notice. Export your work before requesting deletion.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email before they apply where required. The effective date identifies the current version. Contact support for a copy of the terms applicable to your subscription or for assistance with a dispute.
